Turmeric prices ended with losses tracking weakness in spot demand amid lower exports and increased supply from government auctions.
Supplies from the new season turmeric have been lower during first 21 days of May at 40,400 t (Vs 56,568 t) compared last year.
NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks gained by 119 tonnes to 5593 tonnes.
In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 7373.7 Rupees gained 4.25 Rupees.
